At Bracewell, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–11 business days.
Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe only and is not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, operational volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, and other factors outside our direct control. We use Aramex Store to Door for deliveries.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within South Africa only.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping unless stated otherwise on our website.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details, where available, so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure orders are dispatched promptly, there may occasionally be delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details, remote delivery areas, weather disruptions, public holidays, system issues, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Bracewell will not be responsible for delays to the extent they are caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law. If your order is materially delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue as far as reasonably possible.
Incorrect Address Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Bracewell will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.
Delivery Completion and Risk
Goods remain at Bracewell’s risk until they have been delivered and accepted by the customer, as required by South African consumer law.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at support @bracewell.co.za as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or details so we can investigate with Aramex Store to Door.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
